- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff has no idea what they are talking about. I had tried to cancel the appointment because I told them that I did not want to pay a copay just to get my blood drawn. Receptionist tells me that I will not have a copay then sends me a bill at home for a copay. When I called receptionist says there is always a copay for office visit -__-. Not sure what language she thought I was speaking when I told her I did not want the appointment because I couldn't pay the copay. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪no compassion had me so upset over money said he don't know why i was receiving treatment when i owed him money and went on to let me know that he had to pay money to get my chemo although my insurance was paying i hadn't made my deductible for the year i have always paid my bills and was planning to make payment arrangement instead i cried doing my last treatment and the whole night the following day i made a loan and paid him in full also during his discussion he had someone else i in the room with us that was in training really hurt my feeling i will never go to him again it has been about three months since i finished my treatment and i just can't forget what happenedApril 28, 2017by DIANE MAUSHARDT
